Listen, before you jump to conclusions, I'm not saying republicans are stupid. Yes I know about their climate change denial and their newfound ovarian-rape-resistant pregnancy theories but I still can't call them um, dumb...at least not all of them.

Actually, if you read closely, Michelle came in at 12.8 which is technically at college level. Here's how the others stacked up:
